Grown in the highlands of Northern Sumatra, This Estate is named after its volcano that stands 3173 meters above the lush and tropical forests under foot. The Assamese leaf thrives in the tropical weather conditions and it is the volcanic soil, rich in nutrients that lends itself to the well rounded tea grown in this region. This tea is delicate in floral notes, with a well rounded body, a sweet maltiness and a touch of citrus.

Brewing Guide- Use boiling water (100 degrees) Infuse for 3-5 minutes
