Keemun Panda No.1 Special Grade
This is a high-grown Black Tea from the Chinese province of Anhui. The orthodox loose leaf is unmistakably well-manufactured with a neat needle-like appearance. When brewed, it carries strong, flavoursome notes of smoke and wood. Indeed, this is a hearty cuppa’ from start to finish!
Brew using freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Keemun Panda No.1 Special Grade tastes best served without any accompaniments. However, some choose to add milk, sugar, honey or even lemon.
Garden of England Afternoon Tea
Using a blend of Teas from across Asia, this is one of our most popular products. To the leaves, we add cornflowers and safflowers, which look as good as they taste. Its crowning glory, however, is the subtle addition of blackcurrant. This ultimately creates a complex flavour best described as sweet, floral and malty.
Brew using freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. We recommend serving Garden of England Afternoon Tea black.
Flower Garden Tea
Transport yourself to an enchanting and tranquil veranda in the middle of English summertime with our Flower Garden Tea. Take your first sip and imagine the bees buzzing and the flowers swaying elegantly in the breeze. This infusion of ingredients such as strawberry pieces, pink rosebuds and marigold blossoms will no doubt inspire and amaze. Fruit and Herbal Tisanes rarely get better than this!
Brew using freshly boiled water. Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. There is no need to add anything else to this delightful blend. Instead, enjoy flavours of apple, pear, raspberry, camomile, and many more as they entice the palate.
Blue Spring Oolong
This alluring beverage takes its name from a famous Mahayana Buddhist tale. According to legend, Guan Yin, the Iron Goddess, disguised herself as a goat herder and one day passed through a drought-stricken village. The villagers, despite their struggles, offered the goat herder what little water they had. Their compassion led Guan Yin to reveal her true identity.
The Iron Goddess then created a beautiful blue spring as a gift. Our Blue Spring Oolong honours this tender story with its flavour notes reminiscent of the equally tender orchid flower.
Brew using freshly boiled water left to cool to temperatures between 75 and 80 C. Infuse for 1 to 2 minutes. Again, serve without any accompaniments.
