About Pure Leaf Black Tea with Raspberry
The story of our Black Raspberry Tea is effectively twofold. The base ingredient is famously full-bodied Ceylon Black Tea, which originates from the island nation of Sri Lanka.
Its widespread cultivation first took place in the 19th century following a plant-based disease that destroyed the local Coffee harvest. The country is now the fourth-largest Tea producer in the world after China, India and Kenya.
Then there is the fruit component. It’s worth noting, too, that we also include Raspberry Leaf Tea. This is a Herbal Tea made from the leaves rather than the fruit of the plant.
As a standalone infusion, it has a close association with inducing labour, relieving morning sickness and helping with other pregnancy-related circumstances. When blended with Black Tea, it gets a little more complicated.
Raspberry Black Tea Caffeine Content
Expecting mothers who wish to utilise Raspberry Leaf Tea benefits might want to consider avoiding the Black Tea element of the blend. The reason is its abundance of caffeine, a stimulating chemical compound that provides an energy boost when consumed.
Somewhat more specifically, there is about 45-mg of the constituent per serving. It’s time to show you how to make Raspberry Black Tea.
