About Liquorice Tea
Flavoured Teas date back thousands of years. Some historians suggest that, not long after the discovery of Tea, people were already adding herbs and spices to their infusions. Liquorice Tea is, of course, a relatively new ‘invention’. However, its existence is, in part, thanks to the creativity of Tea blenders over the course of many centuries.
China Black Tea, in particular, is a common base ingredient for Flavoured Teas. It can accommodate a variety of fruits, herbs and spices well-suited to different personal tastes and palates. This, of course, includes liquorice root. In fact, our Liquorice Tea is a favourite among many! Will it be a favourite of yours, too?
