The Kenya Tea Estate of Kosabei lies in the Nandi highlands at an altitude of over 5500 feet. Kosabei has a great reputation for producing top quality high grown orthodox loose leaf teas. A classic leafy orthodox Kenyan Tea which we highly recommend!

Ingredients- Black Tea from Kenya
Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. If you wanted your tea to be stronger, you can leave it for up to 7 minutes.
How to Serve- Best served with milk. Depending on personal taste, you can drink this tea black or add sugar, mint, lemon or honey.
Tasting Notes- A fine deep malty character with notes of toffee.
Colour in Cup- A bright golden, coppery colour.
