Tea leaves are plucked by hand and then dried in the sun before being processed. They are partially oxidised to give them their distinctive jade green colour, which requires time and skill, as well as a keen eye. The leaves are firmly rolled to bring out their flavour, then pan-fired at high temperatures to stop the oxidation process

How to Brew Jade Oolong

Making this Tea is simple yet rewarding. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to temperatures between 80°C and 90°C, then steep for three minutes or until the desired flavour is achieved.
