Irish Cream Tea is a Flavoured Ceylon Black Tea. The leaves used in its making come from the island nation of Sri Lanka. We then add Sunflower, Calendula and Cornflower petals, alongside Blackberry leaves and all-natural flavouring to create a perfect fusion of flavour.

What is Irish Cream Tea?
The story behind Irish Cream Tea’s ingredients is a fascinating tale. Before 1869, the then colony of British Ceylon cultivated only Fresh Coffee. However, a plant-based disease destroyed the crop, leading to Ceylon Tea becoming its replacement.
The country hasn’t looked back since. This particular infusion contains leaves from the Tea-growing regions of Nuwara Eliya, Uva and Dimbula.
Nuwara Eliya is located about 1,800 metres (6,000 feet) above sea level – the highest point in Sri Lanka. As a result, the area’s unique climatic conditions lend themselves to the Tea’s characteristics.
Uva Province lies to the east at elevations between 900 and 1,500 metres. Then there is Dimbula, where workers harvest and produce Ceylon Tea at altitudes of 150 to 1,000 metres.

Not only that, but Black Tea is the most processed type and, therefore, has about 45-mg of caffeine per serving. Now to show you how to make it.
