Assam Tea Bokel TGFOP1 comes from one of the most important and historical Tea gardens of the region. The name derives from the Assamese word “Bowkool”, which is a local term for a tree with small spider-like flowers.
Bokel Estate lies close to the south bank of the Brahmaputra river, near the town of Dibrugarh. Such is its positioning, in fact, that it creates some of the finest Teas in the whole of Assam.
