What is Iced Tea?
Iced Teas can be made from Black, White, Green, Oolong, Herbal or Fruit Tea. The possibilities are nearly endless. As the name suggests, these beverages use ice to make them cool and refreshing. Despite being centuries old, they’re only now taking the world by storm.
Richard Blechynden, an American, popularised Iced Tea at the 1904 World’s Fair held in St Louis, USA. On the first day of the event, one of the hottest days of the year, he decided to pour ice over his Tea samples. His endeavours gave rise to a new love for Iced Tea.

Benefits of Bora Bora Iced Fruit Tea
Did you know that chronic stress disrupts sleep and blood sugar levels? This then leads to increased hunger and combating eating. Eventually, side effects like these escalate, leading to further disrupted sleep, even higher levels of stress and even more disrupted blood sugars.
In time, this doesn’t just cause unhealthy levels of body fat but also increases the risk of type-2 diabetes. Stopping stress at the source is the potential answer. For this, we, of course, recommend our Bora Bora Iced Fruit Tea.
